Panel Application

Deadline: Aug. 25

Have you ever held a presentation in front of a class? Take that, make it more casual, remove the teacher grading you, and get your audience involved! A panel should be an informative and inclusive forum to talk about topics you are passionate about.
 

Panel Rules

1. Content must be related to Final Fantasy XIV

2. Keep it PG13, no NSFW

3. No more than 3 people leading a panel
    

To Apply

1. Prepare a rough outline of your panel

2. Join the AetherCon Discord Server at https://discord.gg/en9gQb8w5U

3. Fill out and submit this form

4. Application deadline is August 16

5. Response emails will be sent by August 23
    

Preparing your panel

1. Slide shows, video... any visual aids are HIGHLY encouraged.

2. Full instructions on how to set up and stream for AetherCon will be provided.
    

During AetherCon

1. Be ready to begin at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time.

2. Stream your panel on Twitch on our twitch.tv/AetherCon_Official2 channel.

3. As your panel will be a part of the convention, streaming on your personal channel is not allowed.
    

After AetherCon

1. Panels will be uploaded to the official AetherCon YouTube channel.

2. Panel recordings may be used for future promotions for AetherCon.

3. You are more than welcome to record your panel for any of your own purposes, we do not own your content!
